After extensive researching of the “BUILDING INDUSTRY”, we elected to become a Distributor of a select group of Manufacturers enabling us to provide you with virtually any LOG STYLE, TIMBERFRAME or RUSTIQUE BUILDING that you may be planning.

We can supply the building and engineering services that meet your requirements, from the “complete turn-key project” to the erection of just the exterior shell.  If you elect to “do it yourself”, we provide technical assistance to help you get the job done.

We have been in the LOG HOME BUSINESS for nearly 25 years and have been involved in the selling of over 300 homes, and some part or all of the construction of over 250.

Our  experience in the building process of a “LOG or  RUSTIQUE HOME” gives us an edge in being able to provide “the best product and service” for the “best price”.

RUSTIQUES is prepared to assist you in all phases of the “building of your log or rustique home”.  We will provide complete planning services:  site plans, home plans, permits, well and septic, driveway and construction.  These services are offered on each project on a per need basis and the OWNER may elect to perform any or all of these services themselves.
